Roasting Recipes
Roasting is a cooking method that uses dry heat, whether an open flame, oven, or other heat source. Roasting usually causes caramelization of the surface of the food which enhances the flavour. Meats and most root vegetables can be roasted. A roast joint of meat can take one, two, three or more hours to cook - but the resulting meat is tender and delicious.
